Steel core, body in 30% glass-fibre reinforced polyamide. We patented it in 1988 and since then it has been fitted on sliding gates across half the world.
Nylon with steel core
The internal steel bar keeps the whole metre straight; the nylon meshes with the pinion silently and is unaffected by rain and salt air.
Moulding, assembly and testing in our own departments in Italy: every rack and every traffic light is made here.
Families
All module 4, in 30% glass-fibre-filled polyamide. Choose by gate weight and mounting type.
Patented Three Points fixing: each bracket works on three points, bending drops and the capacity rises to 1,200 kg. Elastomer-modified polyamide, suitable even for intense cold. V6-1200 with brackets facing down, S6-1200 facing up.
The rack family for residential and industrial use, patented in 1988: steel core, 1 m bars, 4 or 6 screw brackets. Grey, white or black, with logo or plain, cantilever or dovetail bracket. The ACRN5 has no core and double teeth.
33, 40 and 50 cm modules in kits with screws, for compact shipping and non-standard sizes. Aluminium or galvanised steel profiles for cantilever gates: the rack fits into the profile, with no external brackets.
