Stagnoli modular gate racks
Our range of gate racks is made up of numerous models, designed to meet the needs of any type of gate, such as lightweight aluminium gates or industrial ones.
In particular, Stagnoli produces nylon racks with a steel core, compatible with all automations. Unlike iron racks, they offer several advantages, such as:

- Self-lubrication;
- No rust;
- Quiet operation;
- Resistance to atmospheric agents;
- Reduced costs.
Furthermore, nylon racks require no welding, unlike iron racks, which make the assembly process more cumbersome.
Stagnoli presents the new range of modular gate racks with a capacity of up to 700Kg. They are nylon racks with a steel core, module 4, compatible with all automations and available in different lengths. Suitable for automation kits, they are ideal for shipping, storage and for large-scale retail (GDO) or DIY markets.
The range consists of:
- N233K, kit of 3 x 33cm racks, 6 self-drilling self-tapping screws, 6 galvanised steel washers and box;
- N240K, kit of 2 x 40cm racks, 4 self-drilling self-tapping screws, 4 galvanised steel washers and box;
- N250K, kit of 2 x 50 cm racks, 4 self-drilling self-tapping screws, 4 galvanised steel washers and box.
